The recipe this week is from Chris, our stamp/scrapbook girl. She served this at our last
stamp party and it was so good!  Sounds like a great dip for summer too!

1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise light
1 cup sour cream light
1 small bottle of Hormel bacon bits
1 cup shredded Cheddar
3/4 cup chopped onion tops

Combine above ingredients and chill. For extra flavor, Chris made the *Wind & Willow Dip "Back at the Ranch"  and mixed it with this recipe. Yum! Serve
with veggies or crackers.

*We sell Wind & Willow dips here at Country Needleworks.

Summer is a great time to take a sweater class!
Ruth Boelkins is offering her popular
"Classic Seamless Cardigan" class again, and it will run
from June through August.  There are four Wednesday
evening classes, and there are four optional "drop in"
sessions as well.  If you are away on vacation and miss a
class, you can make it up at another time that
works for you.  You can also just come and knit
and get additional help at these sessions, since
they are scheduled at various times between the regular
class sessions.  Sound flexible and fun?  It is!

Knitters of all skill and experience levels are welcome
in this class.

Get a wealth of instruction in how to make a sweater
that fits, adapt the pattern to suit your size and shape,
and finish the bands and neck edge with any number
and size of buttons.  More experienced knitters can
get Ruth's help to change up the style features of this
basic pattern and create a personal design -
different hems, sleeve lengths, fabric
characteristics and trims are all options!
