Our recipe this week is from Barb, one of our great owners. She said everyone in her family loved
this. It is called "Skillet Pizza Casserole".

Ingredients:

2 cups uncooked dried egg noodles
½ lb. Bulk mild Italian sausage
½  cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
½ cup coarsely chopped pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced 1/4" ripe olives
1 (15 oz) can pizza sauce
1 cup (4 oz.) Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a 10 inch skillet combine
sausage,  onion and green pepper. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until
sausage is browned (8-10 minutes). Drain off fat. Stir in noodles and all remaining ingredients
except cheese. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until mixture is heated through (10 to 15
minutes). Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; let stand 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Tip: To do
ahead, prepare as directed above; refrigerate. Heat oven to 350°. Bake for 40 to 45 min. or until
heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; let stand 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Enjoy!
