THIS WEEKS RECIPE
This weeks recipe is from Cher. She has so many delicious recipes! This recipe is one of her favorites.
It would be great to bring when you are asked to bring a dish to pass. Who wouldn't love this
recipe?! Thanks Cher.
NO BAKE WHITE CHOCOLATE PIE
4 oz. white chocolate finely chopped
!/2 lb. (8 oz.) cream cheese at room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream chilled
1 banana, thinly sliced
1 9" graham cracker crust (can be ready made)
Warm the chocolate in a bowl set over a pot of lightly simmering water. Remove from heat when only
partially melted; stir to melt completely.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Bea tin the chocolate, then the sour cream.
Whip the heavy cream until firm; gently fold into chocolate filling. Put the banana slices on the crust
top with the filling and chill at least 2 hours. If you'd like sprinkle with grated dark chocolate before
