Portage

bit of seaming is required to attach the

We will make 3 cards: One with a color-layering technique
using the MISTI and stamps from Rubbernecker...
and two with color-layering stamp sets from Hero Arts
and Impression Obsession. Beautiful cards!!!

CHAMPION BARS

Preheat oven to 350º

Crust:

1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 stick of cold butter
1/2 cup Semi Sweet Choc. Chips

Mix first three ingredients with pastry knife or blender until crumbly.
Add in choc. chips, press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15 min.

In a second bowl

Topping:

Mix together:

1 can (14 oz.) of sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
Then stir in 1 1/2 cup choc. chips
1 cup of chopped pecans

Pour over crust and bake for an additional 25 minutes or until set
and golden brown. Enjoy!
