Bright Green Cardstock.
2. Punch green stamped cardstock using
the Extra Jumbo Scallop Punch.
Super Jumbo Scallop Punch.
4. Punch Bright Pink Cardstock using the
Mega Jumbo Scallop Punch.
5. Glue layers together.
6. Cut White Cardstock to 5 1/2 x 8 1/2
fold in half to measure 5 1/2x 4 1/4.
7. Cut Bright Striped Cardstock to
5x3 3/4 and glue to front panel of
folded card.
8. Cut Bright Blue Cardstock to
1 3/4 x 3 3/4, glue to front of cardstock
about 1" in from left side.
9. Cut Bright Paisley 12x12 Paper to
1 1/2x 3 3/4, glue over blue piece.
10. Glue Birthday Wishes scalloped piece
over the paisley strip.
11. Cut Limeade Rick Rack and Swimming
Pool Rick Rack to 2", cut Tangerine
Rick Rack to 3".
12. Cut out 3 flames from Bright Yellow
Cardstock and with a black marker
draw dash lines around flames.
13. Using double stick foam tape, glue
flames over the rick rack to look like
candles.
