1. Stamp Baby Dress and Booties from
Pink Floral Paper, using VersaColor
Pink Pigment Ink.
2. Emboss using clear embossing powder.
3. Cut out and set aside.
4. Stamp Welcome Little One from stamp
set, using Versa Color Sea Foam Blue,
onto the bottom edge of 4 3/4x3 3/4
piece of vellum.
5. Emboss using clear embossing powder.
6. Layer dress onto vellum.
7. Layer shoes onto dress.
8. Attach Itsy Bitsy Pastel buttons to
shoes.
9. Layer vellum onto Pink Flower Paper.
10. Punch 2 - 1/8inch holes near the top
looping Pink Sheer Ribbon with
White dots through.
11. Attach 3 "Pastel Flower Mix in a Jar"
flowers using Pastel Mini Brads under
ribbon.
12. Layer onto Pink Textured Cardstock.
