1. Ink Joy Tag Stamp using Top Boss Clear Embossing Ink onto Blue Metallic Cardstock. 2. Emboss using White Embossing Powder. 3. Cut out leaving a ridge of Blue Metallic Cardstock showing around the edge. 4. Punch out 8 snowflakes using the Snowflake Punch out of Platinum Vellum. 5. Cut out a piece of Black and White ribbon to use behind the "O" tag. 6. Use Silver Mini Brads to attach snowflakes and ribbon to tags. 7. Cut out an 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 piece of Blue Metallic Card Stock. 8. Cut a piece of Snowflake Paper to 5 1/2 x 4, ripping a 5 1/2" edge. 9. Layer Snowflake Paper piece to the Blue Metallic card. 10. Attach 5 punched snowflakes to the bottom edge of card. 11. Attach J O Y tags onto the snowflake paper area.
