Chris!  What a lot of fun to make and give!

1.  Stamp Wordy Dress stamp using Versa
Color Black Pigment Ink onto Pink with
Brown Dot 12 x 12 Paper.
2.  Emboss using Black Embossing Powder.
3.  Cut out dress.
4.  Staple Copper Colored Staples to hold
bits of ribbon onto hem.
5.  Glue Lacey Edged Ribbon around waist.
6.  Attach Pearl Brad over ribbon on waist.
7.  Attach small Crystal Brad at neckline.
8.  Attach:  Crystal Brads, Button Brads,
Double Heart Charm, Key Charm,
Itsy Bitsy Buttons, Flowers in a Jar,
to the hem of the dress!
9.  Using Double Foam Sticky Tape, layer
dress onto Red Ornate 12x12 paper
cut to 5 1/4 x 4.
10. Attach Heart Clip to upper left edge.
11. Stamp Love is Sweet using Black Versa
Color Pigment Ink onto Pink with Brown
Dot 12x12 paper.
12. Emboss using Black Embossing Powder.
13. Cut into tag shape using scissors.
14 Layer onto White Cardstock, folded to
5 1/2 x 4 1/4.
