1. Cut white card stock to 2 1/4 inches by 3 1/4 inches. 2. Using Fresco Vatican Wine Chalk Ink, stamp baby booties and congratulations onto cut white piece. 3. Cut distressed decorative paper to 4 x 5 1/2 inches. 4. Stamp dotted scalloped edge stamp using Vatican wine ink on bottom edge of decorative cut piece. 5. Trim along stamped edge following the scallop of the image, leaving about an 1/8 if an inch of paper showing. 6. Cut Cream vellum 4 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches. 7. Fold to edge back by 1/2 inch. 8. Stamp scalloped edge image along the top and bottom edges using Vatican wine ink. 9. Trim along the bottom edge of vellum, following the stamped scalloped edge. 10. Cut and fold the beechwood yellow card stock to measure 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. 11. Center stamped baby booties piece onto
the distressed stamped paper with the scalloped edge. 12. Layer vellum piece over this. 13. Attach Pink Flowers using burgundy, cinnamon and gunmetal mini brads. 14. Layer onto folded card.
