1. Cut 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of white cardstock to 10 x 7 and fold to measure 5x7. 2. Cut Teal and Khaki Striped paper 4 3/4 x 6 and set aside. 3. Cut Khaki cardstock 3 3/4 x 4 1/4. 4. Cut off one section of Blue Colored Negative Strip. 5. Cut photo to fit inside negative, using double stick tape, attach it to the khaki piece. 6. Using the Screw Top Paper Fasteners, attach negative strip over photo. 7. Stamp the name using Marvy Black Dye Ink and the Label Maker Stamp Set on them bottom edge of the teal and khaki striped paper. 8. Attach the finished khaki piece onto the striped paper just above the name. 9. Cut a piece of Teal Grunge Number paper to 4 3/4 wide. Rip the bottom edge to it is approximately 1 1/2 inches tall. 10. Using black dye ink and the Clear Upper and Lower Case Alphabet Set, stamp I'm ---- months old! 11. Cut out the appropriate number from the black number tape and stick it on. 12. Glue finished pieces onto card.
